• It started off with a magnificently booming party themed “racing” held at Barbas Café Bloemfontein of which pulled in an unexpected booming crowd of 850 people. It started Neon spectrum on a high note and form that day we have been achieving excellent reviews and feedback for services provided in the entertainment and event planning industry.
